Rural Property Network may occasionally work with third-party businesses and service providers whose services may be relevant to our audience. This policy explains how we manage referral, affiliate and other commercial relationships.
This policy does not apply to the sale or purchase of properties advertised on Rural Property Network. Rural Property Network operates as a property advertising and marketing platform and does not charge or receive commission, success fees or buyer introduction fees based on the completion of a property sale.
Rural Property Network may have commercial relationships with independent businesses whose products or services may be relevant to property owners, buyers, Estate Agents or our wider rural audience.
These may include surveyors, conveyancers, mortgage or finance providers, insurance providers, energy specialists, removals businesses, tradespeople, rural businesses and other professional or lifestyle service providers.
Where a referral or affiliate arrangement exists, Rural Property Network may receive a fixed referral payment, affiliate payment, advertising credit or other agreed commercial benefit from the third-party provider.
Any third-party business or service provider featured, mentioned or linked through Rural Property Network remains independent from RPN unless expressly stated otherwise.
The existence of a commercial arrangement does not mean that Rural Property Network guarantees, endorses or accepts responsibility for the products, services, advice or performance of that provider. Users should carry out their own checks before appointing or purchasing from any third party.
Where Rural Property Network may receive a referral or affiliate benefit as a result of a recommendation, introduction, link or purchase, we will make the commercial nature of that relationship clear where appropriate.
Referral or affiliate arrangements do not normally increase the price paid by the user unless this is expressly stated.
Some third-party services, including certain financial, mortgage, insurance and legal services, may be regulated. Rural Property Network does not provide those regulated services itself unless expressly stated. Users should check the credentials, regulatory status and suitability of a provider before proceeding.
We will not provide your personal contact details to a third-party service provider for referral purposes unless you have requested this or otherwise given us permission to do so.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Businesses may also pay Rural Property Network for advertising, sponsorship, featured content or other promotional services. Payment for advertising does not necessarily mean that a referral or affiliate arrangement exists. Sponsored or promotional content may be identified where appropriate.
