Rural Property Network was created to make searching for and marketing countryside property simpler and more focused. After years of searching for rural homes, equestrian properties, smallholdings and land in both the UK and France, the RPN was built to bring specialist properties and the right buyers together.
Today, RPN is an independent property advertising and marketing portal covering the UK and Europe. We help estate agents and private Sellers present rural, equestrian and lifestyle properties to a targeted audience, while buyers can search across different countries and connect directly with the relevant listing agent or property owner. We also provide targeted advertising, promotional features and future sponsorship opportunities for rural businesses and service providers. RPN is not an estate agency and does not arrange viewings or negotiate property sales.
We are an advertising and marketing platform focused purely on rural and countryside homes, equestrian estates, farms, smallholdings, plots with land, and lifestyle properties.
RPN has been built on honesty, reliability and transparent working relationships. We believe rural property deserves specialist promotion that clearly reflects its land, lifestyle and potential. Our role is to provide a focused advertising platform, connect genuine enquiries with agents and Sellers, create relevant promotional opportunities for rural service providers, and be clear about how our listing, referral, advertising and sponsorship arrangements work.
The Rural Property Network was founded by Louise Hutchings, whose entire life has been rooted in rural living. Having navigated her own property searches, relocations, equestrian responsibilities, and smallholding projects, she knows exactly how challenging countryside moves can be. That real, hands-on experience is what shaped RPN into a practical, supportive, and genuinely helpful space for anyone on a similar journey.
Because it has been built by someone who knows what rural buyers and sellers need.
Because it highlights the features that truly matter – land, lifestyle, space, and the character of rural living.
And because it is a place where agents, service providers, and rural lifestyle seekers can finally find one another without noise or distractions.
