Distinctive properties deserve individual attention

From an equestrian home or character farmhouse to a country estate or prestige residence, the appeal often extends well beyond the accommodation. The setting, privacy, facilities and everyday experience of living there all deserve thoughtful presentation.

Understand the property and its lifestyle

An owner questionnaire or personal conversation helps us understand the details that make the property distinctive, from its architecture and interiors to its land, equestrian facilities and surrounding countryside.

We explore what matters to prospective buyers, whether that is privacy, space for horses, entertaining, outdoor living or access to local amenities and connections.

Present it to a relevant audience

We combine the owner’s insights with researched local information to create considered content for rural, equestrian, lifestyle and prestige property buyers.

Our focus is on the quality and relevance of enquiries, rather than enquiry volume alone. We work with sellers directly or alongside their estate agents, with a clear route for interested buyers to make contact.

Individual property campaigns

Marketing shaped around your property

From prestige residences and country estates to equestrian and rural lifestyle homes, we shape each campaign around the property’s individual appeal and its likely buyers.

A bespoke property and lifestyle article

An individually written article combining the owner’s insights with researched local information, giving buyers a fuller picture of the home and everyday life there.

Depending on the property, we can explore its architecture, interiors, grounds, equestrian facilities, privacy and surrounding area.

The seller or agent reviews the article for accuracy and approval before publication.

Social media and professional networks

Feature posts and selected placements across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, alongside relevant specialist communities and property groups.

We adapt the content to each platform and recommend channels to suit the property and its likely buyers. Where appropriate and available, Facebook’s @followers tag can also be used.

Channels and campaign duration are agreed in your proposal. Group placements are subject to their rules and administrator approval.

A short AI motion video

A short video created from property photographs using AI motion, prepared for Facebook and Instagram Reels.

A carefully selected sequence can highlight the home, interiors, grounds or facilities, adding movement while keeping the presentation faithful to the supplied photographs.

The seller or agent can review the video before it is used.

Your property video on YouTube

If you already have a property tour, drone footage or promotional video, we can include it on the Rural Property Network YouTube channel as part of the agreed campaign.

We add a property description and clear links to the listing and seller or agent contact details, giving interested buyers another way to explore the property.

The seller or agent supplies the video and confirms permission to publish it, including any music or other licensed content.

A clear route for buyer enquiries
Campaign content includes clear seller or agent contact links, as agreed. Enquiries received through Rural Property Network are screened for spam before being forwarded to the nominated contact.

Your written proposal confirms the activities included, the campaign period and whether an RPN property listing is included, together with its duration.

A personal, practical process

How it works

We work with you, whether you are the seller or agent, to agree the campaign, prepare the content and deliver the planned activities.

  1. Discuss the property and objectives

We talk through the property, its current marketing and what you would like the campaign to achieve. Where an agent is appointed, we agree how to coordinate with them.

  2. Agree a written proposal

We set out the recommended activities, timescale and costs. Payment terms and any cancellation arrangements are confirmed individually.

  3. Gather the details and photographs

We collect the owner questionnaire or arrange a conversation, alongside suitable photographs, property information and any existing video supplied by the seller or agent.

  4. Prepare and review the content

We develop the agreed content for the seller or agent to review and approve before publication.

  5. Deliver the agreed campaign

Once the content is approved, we deliver the agreed activities over the campaign period, directing prospective buyers to the nominated seller or agent.

A package built around your property

Tailored marketing, individually priced

Every property and seller has different requirements. We tailor each marketing package to the property, your priorities, the campaign period and the level of support you would like.

You may want a focused campaign built around a lifestyle article and selected social features, or a broader approach combining written content, video and placements across relevant social media and professional networks.

After an initial conversation, we prepare a written proposal setting out our recommended approach, what is included, the timescale and the total price. If you have a budget in mind, let us know so we can recommend suitable options.

You can review the proposal and discuss any adjustments before deciding whether to proceed. Payment terms and any cancellation arrangements are confirmed individually, before the campaign begins.

Discuss marketing your property

Whether you are a seller or estate agent, tell us about the property, its location and what you would like additional marketing to achieve.

We welcome enquiries about rural, equestrian, lifestyle and prestige properties. If an agent is already appointed, we can coordinate with them and direct buyer enquiries to their team.

Discuss marketing your property

Rural Property Network is a specialist advertising portal, not an estate agency. Viewings, negotiations and the sale remain with the seller or their appointed estate agent. Campaigns aim to encourage relevant enquiries, but enquiry levels, offers and sales cannot be guaranteed.
