A step-by-step guide for private property owners and estate agents who want to advertise rural, equestrian, smallholding and lifestyle property through RPN.
This guide covers the registration, login and property listing process for private property owners and estate agents.
Visit the RPN registration page and choose the route that applies to you.
Each route has its own advertising options and terms.
Enter your username, email address, name and telephone number. Use an email address that you check regularly, as your temporary login details will be sent there.
Choose a username without spaces and agree to the RPN terms and conditions before submitting the form.
RPN will send an email containing your username and temporary password. Check your junk or spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Select Log In from the RPN website menu and enter the username and temporary password from your email.
Complete the security check and select Login.
Once logged in, select Dashboard from the website menu. This is where you manage your account and property listings.
Your available options may depend on whether you registered as a property owner or estate agent.
Select Change Password from the dashboard menu. Enter your new password, repeat it and select Change.
Open the Property menu in your dashboard and select Add to begin creating your listing.
The listing information is saved as you work, so you can return to complete it later if necessary.
Work through each section and provide accurate information about the property. This may include:
Upload clear, good-quality photographs that accurately represent the property. Include the house, gardens, land, outbuildings, facilities and important rooms where relevant.
Work through every section and check that the information and photographs are complete and accurate.
When everything is ready, select Finalise. Your property will then be ready to go live according to your selected advertising route.
Open Property Manager from your dashboard to review and manage your listing.
From here, you can search for a listing, edit its details, view the listing, update information or remove it when necessary.
