9.14 Free listings may be removed at any time.

10.1 Fees are displayed on the website.
10.2 Fees are exclusive of VAT.
10.3 Fees must be paid in advance.
10.4 Fee changes do not affect services already paid for.
10.5 Disputed payments must be reported immediately.
10.6 Unjustified chargebacks incur recovery costs.

(f) listings are provided by estate agents or private sellers and published in good faith;
(g) private sellers are fully responsible for verifying buyer identity and legitimacy.

The Rural Property Network is an advertising portal. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, prices, availability or descriptions. Users must independently verify all information, carry out their own due diligence and seek professional advice before entering into any agreement. We accept no liability for inaccuracies, omissions or any loss arising from use of our website.
